Your price, read against the market
You choose how fine the comparison is, from a whole destination down to one hotel in one week. Trips for the same travel party are compared with each other, so a family is never set against couples.
Next to every price gap you see what the two trips contain. A trip with a six-day lift pass and one with a one-day pass are not the same offer, and Market Insights shows the difference. It never puts a price on it, so you judge what a gap is worth. Where a trip does not state something, it counts as unknown, not as left out.
Kompare already publishes free market data pages that anyone can read, in English and Danish, with supply and price levels per destination and holiday. They show the kind of data behind Market Insights. They cover supply and prices only. Your own position, demand and advice are part of Market Insights.
Demand counted in people
Market Insights counts people, not searches. Each person who searched one of your destinations on Kompare in the last 30 days counts once, however many times they searched. You see it per week and travel party, with what is on offer beside it. Very small counts are left out.
It does not show any other provider's traffic, clicks or sales.
- People who searched, never the number of searches
- The last 30 days, per destination, week and travel party
- Weeks and parties people search for where you have no departure

Advice, and an estimate you can try
AI advice turns your market data into suggestions, and an assistant answers questions about your own market. Tell Kompare which countries and destinations are not your market, and they never show up as gaps or advice.
The commission simulator is an estimate. It is an early projection, not a promise, and the real effect differs from publisher to publisher. It never shows another provider's rate, only where you would land.
